A very busy day in history, August 14th. In 1935 there was the signing of the Social Security Act and in 1945 it was the end of World War 2.

  1. 67 years ago today, World War Two Ended as it was proclaimed ‘V.J. Day.’ My uncle Edgar was a bomber pilot in the south Pacific against the Japanese. He’s still alive at age 91.
