A special concert this week – legendary pianist Menahem Pressler turns 90. And to celebrate that milestone event, Radio France held a concert/get-together featuring the iconic Pianist and many of his friends, taking turns accompanying him or having him accompany them.

Here’s a rundown of what happened:

A fascinating collection with some of the best performances of some rare and out-of-the-way repertoire you are likely to find. A remarkable and enduring talent and an icon who has no intention of quitting any time soon.
