Ennio Morricone leads the RAI Symphony in Torino – with soloists – March 24, 2012 – RAI Radio 3 –

As promised earlier today, a concert featuring Ennio Morricone leading a program of his own work. It was recorded in Torino on March 24, 2012 and broadcast live by RAI Radio 3.

Soloists in this 2 hour program include – Susanna Rigacci, soprano, with Nuovo Coro Lirico Sinfonico Romano [symphonic choir] conducted by Stefano Cucci (Chorus master), Leandro Piccioni piano and synthesizers (in place of Gilda Butt‡ and Ludovico Fulci),Rocco Zifarelli guitar, Nanni Civitenga bass, Massimo DíAgostino drums,Roberto Ranfaldi first violin and Carlo Romano first oboe.
