Since today is a holiday, I thought I would end out the day with a full-length concert from another pivotal voice in our collective social conscience – the legendary Bob Marley and The Wailers, in concert at The Exeter Club in London, recorded on June 24, 1976.
There is really nothing to add to the legacy of Bob Marley that hasn’t been written about, talked about or interviewed over in every minute detail since his passing in 1981. Suffice to say, the message is still as potent and strong today as it ever was. And Marley being gone some 33 years hasn’t diminished his popularity or the freshness of his music.
The only thing you can really do is sit back, crank this up and enjoy – and tell your friends.
