As a sort of companion piece to our Highasakite post the other night, fellow Norwegian/Icelandic Farao is busy making waves, as well as opening for Highasakite on a few dates over the coming months.
Further evidence there is a lot of activity going on in the Scandinavian part of the world, Farao is the alter-ego of Kari Jahnsen, who offers a bracing freshness to some beautifully textural sonic landscapes.
Together only a short time (less than two years), and with a debut ep currently out, Farao is busy on the road, gathering audiences.
Tonight it’s Farao in concert via Hamburg this past April, part of the Introducing series from RBB in Berlin.
Adding to the ever-growing list of bands to keep an eye on.
