Since we’re heading into the home stretch for the weekend, and Friday is only minutes away, I thought I would increase the voltage a bit.

Tonight it’s The Beat, or The English Beat (depending on where you heard them first). Not one of the mellow and laid-back specimens of the 70s, The Beat were fast-paced, frantic and sweat inducing from the get-go.
