As most of you know by now, we’ve begun a podcast version of Past Daily – it’s Past Daily Lite, or the Cliffnotes version of what you get here every day. But it’s for those of you who missed posts the previous week. I call it; Past Daily’s Thousand Yard Stare and I hope to post at least one podcast a week, not only focusing on what you might have missed, but also posts I’ve done from years past and a few things that don’t fit in with the format – hopefully, once I get into the groove on this thing, I will make it as eclectic and across-the-board as the regular site is.
But I was wondering if you could do me a favor – even if you are a regular visitor, check out the podcast version and please tell your friends – the more people we get involved and interested, the better it will be. And, as always, any suggestions you have for the podcast – more time, less time – more talk, less talk – different stuff – other subjects – anything you’d like to hear that maybe you can’t readily find on the site otherwise, I can try and do a podcast for it.
I am just trying new and different avenues to get what Past Daily is all about to as many people as I can. I was considering a Podcast for a while, but the amount of time to spend on it, along with doing as many posts as I can during the average day doesn’t leave a whole lot of time for sleeping. But you’re my audience and you’re the most important people in the world – you have all been so supportive over the years that I always feel obliged to give a little extra each day.
